All your favorite Fall sensations in a single glass! Using our Kosterina Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar, taste the tartness of a crisp Autumn apple perfectly complimented the warmth & spice of tequila. This is your new go-to cocktail for Fall!Ingredients
For the Margaritas:
- ⅔ Cup Kosterina Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 oz Reposado Tequila (opt. Mezcal for a warm & smoky flavour)
- 1.5 oz Triple Sec
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1.5 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- Cinnamon sugar
- Dried or fresh apple slices, rosemary, & cinnamon stick
For the Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
For the Dried Apple Slices (opt.):
- 1 apple
Directions
For the Margaritas:
- Pour Kosterina Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar, Tequila, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon Simple Syrup into a shaker and shake until combined
- Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar and fill with ice
- Pour shaker contents into rimmed glass, garnsih to apple slices, rosemary, & cinnamon stick
For the Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
- Let simmer until all sugar has dissolved
- Let cool before using
For the Dried Apple Slices (opt.):
- Preheat oven to 200º F
- Thinly slice apple
- Bake for 1 hour, flip slices, bake for an additional 1 hour
