Our olives are naturally cured for up to 1 year, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed (no messy liquid) with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.

The Olives Snacking Trio includes our Greek Herb Kalamata Olives, Spicy Kalamata Olives, and Coriander and Pink Pepper Green Olives.

How to Use

Perfect for adding savory flavor to apps & entrees, garnishing cocktails, and enjoying right out of the jar. Olives should be stored at room temperature. After opening, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 weeks.

    The best olives

    Real fermented olives like these are hard to find. Delicious and healthy. No vinegar which is a good thing. Green olives are fabulous too. Glass jars shipped in cardboard without any plastic--100 percent recyclable.

    green olives

    I purchased these olives because my husbands family and my husband and i have been brining green olives for over 70 yrs. We picked olives in October and brine in Rock Salt bath for days and jared them garlic, bayleaf and picked seasoning. we would wait at least one year before we open to eat. when we opened the jar we would slightly rinse and make a parsley, garlic and seasoning mix and enjoy. So when I saw your description of your olives I had to buy. We are enjoying the olives very much. When we would have a party we would pit the olives and stuff them.

    I was a little skeptical about these olives. However, I was extremely surprised at how good they were. The description of this product was right on. These olives are very tasty. Great in salads, on pizza, etc. I've already received my second order.

    Not really spicy

    I liked the Greek Herb Kalamata the best, the green olives, and bit on the dry side, so not my favorite, the spicy Kalamata not realy spicy at all!!!

    Would definitely recommend the Greek Herb Kalamata!!!
