Our olives are naturally cured for up to 8 months, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.
