Our organic Kalamata olives are naturally cured for up to 8 months, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.

How to Use

    These are the family favorites.....

    ...... although the others run a very close second and third! I've been using the Greek and Spicy in my sourdough olive loaf and they're a perfect flavor and texture for the bread. Other family members like to just simply eat them! These are outstanding.

    Real fermented olives like these are hard to find. Delicious and healthy. No vinegar which is a good thing. Green olives are fabulous too. Glass jars shipped in cardboard without any plastic--100 percent recyclable.
