Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml): Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at over 500mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Crafted with cooks in mind, the Everyday has a mild, fruity flavor with a smooth finish that will not overpower your food. This oil stands up to heat beautifully and is able to maintain its flavor with a smoke point of over 425° F. Like our ultra-premium Original EVOO, the Everyday is made from 100% Koroneiki early harvest olives. The Everyday has a polyphenol content of over 350 mg/kg as measured at the time of harvest. Harvested December 2024.

Early Harvest
When olives are harvested early, they are picked and pressed before they are ripe. Our early harvest have higher levels of polyphenol content and our signature fresh, robust flavor. -

All of our extra virgin olive oils are made from 100% Koroneiki olives harvested in southern Greece. The Kosterina family hails from Koroni - the home of the Koroneiki olive.

The most obvious difference between Kosterina olive oil and store bought is the color! Its vibrant color is the same as the olives the oil comes from. There is no comparison to the unhealthy olive oil found on most store shelves. The bottles are beautiful and I know that the oil is protected from light and maintains the quality of what’s inside. I am so very grateful I found Kosterina. Love! Love! Love! This olive oil!!!
