Our Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil adds bold flavor to any dish. Each bottle starts with our 100% pure, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, which is cold-pressed from early harvest Koroneiki olives in southern Greece. Our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured at over 500 mg/kg of polyphenol content! We then add a dash of spice with red pepper oil, to add complexity to any dish.

How to Use

The perfect finishing oil for pizza, pasta, eggs, charcuterie, avocado toast, or anything that needs an extra zing.

    Delicious with pasta

    We made whole wheat pasta and added the spicy oil after with a little tomato sauce and basil. The oil is good and hot, no more need for the pepper flakes that can be messy. Next time we will sauté shrimp and add the Greek salt seasoning. We love all of the products from Kosterina and we feel the health benefits are so important.

    Add spice to your salad dressing

    I’ve ordered this Red Pepper Olive Oil several times. It’s a pantry staple now. I cook with it but mostly enjoy it as an alternative to regular olive oil in my salad dressing recipes. If you like a little heat, this olive oil will Not disappoint!
