I mix the olive oil shots in my protein drink every morning!

This is my first time trying olive oil shots. Is really good does do a little burn in the back of your throat but that's ok that means is really good and healthy for you. I haven't seen results yet but I think things take a month or 2 notice. But I really like it.

I was astounded at the positive reaction my body had with these. I think it took only 2 weeks and suddenly a ton of inflammation I’d had for many, many years began to go away when all other intentional attempts had failed. I was not expecting that; I tried these on a whim to see what they tasted like! My belly was flat, my knees stopped hurting when I’d do extremely deep knee bends. The skin on my upper arms, which would sometimes feel rough or occasionally look blotchy, became smooth and clear. I’d been trying to figure out what was causing that for years and was taken by surprise when they suddenly were great. I hope some day they offer this in bulk: a boxed wine option would be great for easy dispensing and would solve the oxidation issue, which, I assume, is why they only sell them in serving-sized shots.
