Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml): Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Crafted with cooks in mind, the Everyday has a mild, fruity flavor with a smooth finish that will not overpower your food. This oil stands up to heat beautifully and is able to maintain its flavor with a smoke point of over 425Ā° F. Like our ultra-premium Original EVOO, the Everyday is made from 100% Koroneiki early harvest olives. The Everyday has a polyphenol content of over 375 mg/kg as measured at the time of harvest.
