Our balsamic vinegars are aged 6 years for a high-density, velvety balsamic, with no added sugar. Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy, our Walnut Balsamic Vinegar matches the high-quality standards of our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. From the Mediterranean with love, this Walnut Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect complement to our Original EVOO.

Our walnut balsamic vinegar is filled in a separate facility from our olive oil, white balsamic (fruit vinegars), olives, spices and all other product lines.

How to Use

No charcuterie is complete without this vinegar. It pairs perfectly with cheese, harvest bowls, goat cheese salad, or even baked into breads and desserts.
