This Marinated Feta is a simple yet impressive appetizer that's perfect for entertaining. Made ahead and packed with bold Mediterranean flavor, it's delicious served with toasted bread as part of a snack board, mezze spread - basically anything!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Kosterina Greektown Spice
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup Kosterina Greek Herb Kalamata Olives 
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, minced 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 cups Kosterina Original Olive Oil
  • Toasted bread or gluten-free bread for serving

Instructions

    Add the feta, Kosterina Greektown Spice, red pepper flakes, Kosterina Greek Herb Kalamata Olives, basil, and parsley to a large jar. Add enough Kosterina Original Olive Oil to completely cover the feta, olives, and herbs.

    Cover the jar and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Serve with toasted bread.
