Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain hummus (homemade or store bought)
  • ¾ cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, finely diced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • ½ cup Kosterina Kalamata Olives, sliced
  • Kosterina Olive Oil, for garnish
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, for garnish
  • Masa Tortilla Chips, to serve

Instructions

    Spread the  hummus as the base layer on your serving platter, then spread the greek yogurt over the top of the hummus.

    Sprinkle the cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta, and olives over the top.

    Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper.

    Serve with Masa chips and enjoy!
