Raw Crudité Ingredients: 1 cup carrots 1 cup persian cucumbers, sliced 1 cup mini bell peppers 1 cup radish, thinly sliced 1 cup haricot verts
Other Garnishes: Grapes Figs, halves 1 cup kalamata olives 1 cup raw almonds 1 cup store bought stuffed grape leaves Feta Cheese
Feta and Dill Dip: 1 cup full fat greek yogurt 3 oz feta cheese 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 1 garlic, grated ¼ cup Kosterina EVOO Salt and Pepper 1 Tsp Fresh Dill, chopped
Instructions for Dip: Blend first 7 ingredients in vitamix or food processor until smooth. Finish by folding in fresh dill and serve immediately.
Instructions for Crudité: Arrange all raw crudité and garnishes on board and serve.
