5 ounces fresh kale, cleaned, destemmed and shredded
1 Tablespoon Kosterina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large lemon or two small lemons, juiced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
