3-Ingredient Clementine Sorbet

Just in time for warmer days ahead! This sweet treat is perfect for a sunny Spring or Summer day, putting you in the perfect mood for relaxation. Plus, this sorbet is only 3 ingredients (including our Tangerine Crushed Fruit Vinegar) and super easy to make. No delayed gratification here, only bright, citrusy joy!
- 1 Tablespoon Kosterina Tangerine Crushed Fruit Vinegar
- 8 Clementines
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- Peel and separate Clementines. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and place in the freezer until frozen.
- Once frozen, add Clementines to a food processor along with Kosterina Tangerine Crushed Fruit Vinegar and Almond Milk. Blend until smooth and serve.
- If Sorbet is slightly melted, transfer sorbet to a container and place in the freezer for about an hour until solid.
