I make this banana bread all the time for my family & friends and they are always asking for the recipe! This gluten-free, healthier alternative to banana bread tastes even better than its traditional counterpart. With flavors boosted by our Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a crispy top made with cinnamon sugar, this treat has the perfect amount of sweetness to satisfy any craving.

  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 Cup Kosterina Everyday EVOO
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon

    Mash Bananas in a large bowl. In the same bowl, add in wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

    In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined.

    Pour batter into a non-stick bread pan. Mix together Cinnamon and Sugar to make topping. Sprinkle topping on top of the Banana Bread.

    Bake Banana Bread at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Once cooled, toast a slice of Banana Bread and enjoy with butter.
