Both bottles of olive oil are made from our Original EVOO that is harvested early, making it rich in healthy polyphenols (an anti-inflammatory antioxidant). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured 470 mg/kg of polyphenol content! The Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil adds a dash of Mediterranean flavor to our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil with the addition of robust oregano oil, savory onion oil, and fresh lemon. Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy, our Fig Balsamic Vinegar matches the high-quality standards of our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. Fig gives a fruity boost to the intense aromatic notes, dense texture and hint of acidity in our balsamic vinegar.
