Greek Street Corn

Boil Corn until cooked. Heat Grill on Medium-High heat. Grill corn until each ear has desired char.
Mix together Greek Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Dried Oregano, Feta, and Garlic Powder. Set aside.
Brush each ear of corn with Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon EVOO before brushing on Greek Yogurt mixture.
Garnish each ear of corn with Feta, Red Onion, and Fresh Mint. Drizzle with Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon EVOO and serve.
