Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina clocks in at 638 mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

    Replacement

    So I had a bottle freeze and I called actually emailed to let them know that one of the bottles at the very top cracked from being frozen. They assured me that the other bottles would be fine and they were perfect the next day. They sent me out a replacement bottle with no questions asked I did have to send a picture which is understandable. Their customer service is 100%. I will be drinking this oil as long as I can. The automatic shipment is perfect. They show up on time it’s a great company and great oil in my opinion. Thank you so much.

    My first authentic olive oil
