Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina clocks in at 638 mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

    Good flavor

    The oils is very good, the color is beautiful very greenery and yellow, nice aroma,I email this time from my neighbors, I bought the oils for them,not for me,but I have a white bottle the my daughter gives me, is for that's reason I review this items, I have a dilema,we the company before, tell me the carrier can't find my order, so I bought the item for my Landlord for Christmas, they live around the corner from me,and I call them, and the tell me they received the items, is this is something o what, but they said the like,I am glad for that's the was Christmas gift for her and the husband tak u very much.

    The best I've ever had!

    This oil has a clean, fresh taste and is very pleasant to the palate. It is perfect to drizzle on anything as a final enhancement. I find that due to the clean fresh taste, I am eating more fresh and cooked vegetables. It pairs great with Kosterina Balsamic Fig Vinegar! Great for dipping!!
