Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil: Our Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil adds bold flavor to any dish. Each bottle starts with our 100% pure, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, which is cold-pressed from early harvest Koroneiki olives in southern Greece. Our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured 470 mg/kg of polyphenol content! We then add a dash of spice with red pepper oil, to add complexity to any dish.
Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (375ml): Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
