Our Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) has a natural bold flavor and boasts many health benefits. It is harvested early and cold pressed in southern Greece, using 100% Koroneiki olives. The result is a high-polyphenol (antioxidant) EVOO with robust flavor and a signature peppery finish.

Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
