It's citrus season! This scallop crudo is a no-cook dish with a bright citrus flavor making it an elegant way to start any meal.


  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 blood orange
  • 3 tbsp Kosterina Original EVOO
  • Sushi-grade scallops 
  • Jalapeño
  • Mini mandarins 
  • Red onion
  • Flaky salt


  • Combine the juice of lemon, lime, blood orange and Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a jar. Give it a shake. 
  • Slice scallops in half and place them on a dish. 
  • Pour the dressing over the scallops and garnish with jalapeño, mini mandarins, diced red onion, and flaky sea salt. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and enjoy!
