When olives are harvested early, they are picked and pressed before they are ripe. Our early harvest have higher levels of polyphenol content and our signature fresh, robust flavor. -

So I had a bottle freeze and I called actually emailed to let them know that one of the bottles at the very top cracked from being frozen. They assured me that the other bottles would be fine and they were perfect the next day. They sent me out a replacement bottle with no questions asked I did have to send a picture which is understandable. Their customer service is 100%. I will be drinking this oil as long as I can.
