Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is harvested early, making it rich in healthy polyphenols (an anti-inflammatory antioxidant). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured 470 mg/kg of polyphenol content!

    I am obsessed!

    I cannot get enough of this olive oil! I have been putting it on everything since it arrived. Very smooth, clean fruity up front and then you get the peppery punch on the back note. For dinner tonight I made king salmon crusted in Kosterina’s herb mix with a purple baked potato and sautéed broccoli raab all finished off with a big drizzle of Kosterina’s olive oil. It was so good and this olive oil was the cherry on top!

    Going Fast

    Have already used over half a bottle! I enjoy using it for dipping bread knowing it's healthier than the "olive oils" I was using before which may not have been genuine. Your Kosterina is much lighter. I ordered 2 more bottles cause I don't want to run out!
