    Phenomenal - please sell in boxed wine packaging!

    I was astounded at the positive reaction my body had with these. I think it took only 2 weeks and suddenly a ton of inflammation I’d had for many, many years began to go away when all other intentional attempts had failed. I was not expecting that; I tried these on a whim to see what they tasted like! My belly was flat, my knees stopped hurting when I’d do extremely deep knee bends. The skin on my upper arms, which would sometimes feel rough or occasionally look blotchy, became smooth and clear. I’d been trying to figure out what was causing that for years and was taken by surprise when they suddenly were great. I hope some day they offer this in bulk: a boxed wine option would be great for easy dispensing and would solve the oxidation issue, which, I assume, is why they only sell them in serving-sized shots.

    I have only just started to take these shots and I'll be more than happy to give a review again soon. I'm taking a shot each morning on an empty stomach. This is the best medicine anyone can take to keep healthy as it's all-natural.

    Phenomenal Product

    My wife and I love this product. We were initially using the original white bottle with less phenolic. So, kosterina’s new shot option is a game changer for us, with ultra high-phenolic. It’s hard to beat that. We are so happy with this product, especially since my wife was diagnosed with RA and needed an organic, all-natural evoo to help with joint health. We love you Kosterina!

    Not sure what you mean by title. I’m 81 yo female

    I believe this oil is healing my gut. I’ve been trying everything I could find, for 3 years now. All were organic all were highly recommended. I first saw a difference with Dr Gundrys OO. And it was very good. But way out of my budget at $70. And it was less content. But very high in polyphenol s. Near yours. But you price is so much more reasonable. Thank you 🙏

How and when should I take my EVOO Shot?

Take one shot (approx. 1 tbsp / 15ml) daily. While there are some added benefits to taking it in the morning on an empty stomach, you can take it any time of day for the polyphenol benefits. Does Kosterina EVOO help with inflammation?
