Our organic green olives are naturally cured for up to 1 year, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.

How to Use

    green olives

    I purchased these olives because my husbands family and my husband and i have been brining green olives for over 70 yrs. We picked olives in October and brine in Rock Salt bath for days and jared them garlic, bayleaf and picked seasoning. we would wait at least one year before we open to eat. when we opened the jar we would slightly rinse and make a parsley, garlic and seasoning mix and enjoy. So when I saw your description of your olives I had to buy. We are enjoying the olives very much. When we would have a party we would pit the olives and stuff them.

    I’m sorry to say that my olives are very bitter and a bit mushy in the center. The delivery was made in sub zero weather and they were slightly frozen when I received them. I’m not even sure if they are safe to eat.

    Delicious flavor combination.
