Kosterina EVOO Dark Chocolate is shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in order to minimize time in the truck. The chocolate is always shipped in heavy, corrugated cardboard boxes to protect from breakage. In the warmer months (May-September), chocolate is on hold.
