Say hello to your new go-to salad for Fall! This crisp, delicious recipe utilizes the fresh flavors of fall with a sweet, juicy apple coming together with the savory, nutty notes of our Walnut Balsamic Vinegar. This is the seasonal salad that you will want to be tasting all year long.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Walnut Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 8 cups spring mix lettuce
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced 
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup walnut halves 
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

    To a small bowl or jar, add the Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosterina Walnut Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and kosher salt. Mix well with a fork or shake the jar to combine.
