2 T Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil, plus more to drizzle
1 lemon, zested and juiced
¼ t red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a blender or food processor add the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Pulse until you have reached a smooth and creamy consistency.

Add to final serving platter or bowl and garnish with red chili flakes, parsley, and a drizzle of Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil.
