  • 4 cups ripe cherry tomatoes
  • ½ head of garlic
  • ½ cup Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp Greektown Spice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Gluten-free bread or crackers (optional

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Place the tomatoes and garlic, cut side down, in a baking dishand cover in the olive oil. Add the rosemary and sprinkle with Greektown Spice andkosher salt.
