Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • 1 Teaspoon of Kosterina Everyday EVOO
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ground Flax Seed
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Optional: Cream Cheese, Red Onion, and Scallions for topping

    Combine all ingredients in a ramekin or mug. Mix well with a fork before microwaving for 90 seconds.

    Muffin should easily release from the ramekin, but use a butter knife to loosen it if needed.

    Cut the muffin in half and top with your favorite toppings- we used Cream Cheese, Red Onion, and Scallions!
