This olive tapenade featuring our Snacking Olives Trio is the easiest way to bring delicious Mediterranean flavors to any party. It’s fresh, simple to make, and packed with bold flavors. Warning: it’s so good, it may cause double dipping.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Kosterina Greek Herb Kalamata Olives
  • ½ cup Kosterina Coriander & Pink Pepper Green Olives
  • ½ cup Kosterina Spicy Kalamata Olives
  • 4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Crostini or gluten-free crackers for serving

Instructions

    To a blender or food processor, add the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, basil,capers, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend or pulse onlow until the ingredients are finelychopped (but not smooth).

    Scoop the tapenade into a bowl and serve with crostini or gluten-free crackers.
