In a blender add all ingredients (including the reserved water) to make the hummus base. Blend until smooth, then transfer to a preferred serving platter. Use the back of a spoon to make swirls within the platted hummus.

Garnish with toppings in a “c” shape. Then drizzle with Kosterina extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy with naan bread, pita bread, or pita chips!
