High-protein, easy to meal prep, and packed with veggies, these muffins are a perfect way to start your day! These were made for those days when you are running out the door, need a good pre-workout snack, or even just require a mid-day pick-me-up snack. Plus, made in partnership with Good Culture's cottage cheese and our Original Everyday EVOO, they taste good too.

Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • 4 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Good Culture Whole Milk Classic Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour (or use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Baking Flour for a gluten-free alternative) 
  • 2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 2 cups turkey sausage, cooked and broken into crumbles 
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    Preheat the oven to 400 F and grease a muffin pan. Set aside.

    To a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, Good Culture Whole Milk Classic Cottage Cheese, and Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil and whisk together. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until completely combined.

    Add the sausage, chopped vegetables, green onions, and cheddar cheese and mix until combined.

    Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin pan and sprinkle the tops with more cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
