  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Kosterina Original Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

    To a jar, add the egg yolk, lemon juice, water, mustard, and top with the olive oil.
