  • 1 oz Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

    Chop cucumber into large chunks & place in blender with lime juice & vinegar

    Blend until smooth. Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine strainer into a glass

    Top each glass with tonic

    Garnish with mint
