Crispy and so delicious, these parmesan baked potatoes are the latest crowd pleaser we've been serving to friends and family. By slicing the potatoes, it allows for the parmesan mixture and our beloved Garlic Olive Oil to soak into the potatoes, making each bite irresistible.

Ingredients

For the Parmesan Mixture:

  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, garlic powder, dried oregano and paprika
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

For the Parmesan Mixture:

  1. Preheat oven to 424 degrees F
  2. Take your potatoes and halve them, then slice the non-skin side like a grid. We recommend cutting 1 line vertically and 2 horizontally.
  3. Take out a 9″x13″ baking dish and grease with Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil
  4. Mix parmesan mixture in a bowl
  5. Use a spoon to spread the parmesan mixture across the baking dish
  6. Place potatoes cut side down, pressing firmly
  7. Bake potatoes for 25 minutes or until they are soft and the parmesan crust is golden
  8. Allow the potatoes to cool and enjoy with desired dipping sauces
