Add all ingredients for the meatballs to a large bowl. Mix well to combine, then roll into balls.

To a large pan, add the Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil. Cook the meatballs over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pan and set aside.

Pour the white wine into the pan to deglaze and use a spatula to scrape the browned bits from the bottom. Add the bone broth, lemon juice, and garlic powder and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and stir in the Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil. Add a splash of cold water to the arrowroot powder and mix well to create a slurry, then add the mixture to sauce, mixing well until thickened.

Add the meatballs to the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with parsley, and drizzle with more Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil before serving
