Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup dill pickle chips
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds (optiona)

Instructions

  1. 1

To make the potatoes, preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Add the m to the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper, and toss. Bake for 30 minutes, turning over halfway through. Let cool.

  2. 2

To make the sauce, add the Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, pickle brine, honey, and salt to a small bowl. Whisk together. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

  3. 3

Add Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil to a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chopped onions and cooked until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the ground beef and kosher salt, cooking and mixing well until deeply brown, about 8 minutes.

  4. 4

Remove the skillet from the heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic powder.

  5. 5

Divide the lettuce between 4 bowls and top with the fries, beef, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese, and dill pickle chips. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds
