Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a bold, spicy olive oil buffalo sauce - this Buffalo Cauliflower is the perfect wholesome twist on a game day classic. Serve them with cool Greek yogurt ranch and crunchy veggies for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a flavor packed snack!

Ingredients

Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup Kosterina spicy red pepper olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Cauliflower:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tsp Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive Oil Buffalo Sauce
  • Greek yogurt ranch, for serving
  • Carrot and celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

    Whisk together all the ingredients of the buffalo sauce.

    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil, salt and pepper until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower to batter and toss to coat.

    Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with space between them. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through.

    Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower.

    Return to the oven and bake until they start to brown, about 15 minutes.

    Serve hot with greek yogurt ranch, celery and carrots, if desired.
