Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

    I am obsessed!

    I cannot get enough of this olive oil! I have been putting it on everything since it arrived. Very smooth, clean fruity up front and then you get the peppery punch on the back note. For dinner tonight I made king salmon crusted in Kosterina’s herb mix with a purple baked potato and sautéed broccoli raab all finished off with a big drizzle of Kosterina’s olive oil. It was so good and this olive oil was the cherry on top!

    Love it, for my gut health

    I heard that high quality olive oil is good for your gut so I decided to try it. It has been great for my stomach. I feel less bloated and gassy at the end of the day and more full in the morning when I take it. I would recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and a pinch of cayenne on an empty stomach right when you wake up. It has truly made a difference to my health!

    Simply The Best
