Crafted with cooks in mind, the Everyday has a mild, fruity flavor with a smooth finish that will not overpower your food. This oil stands up to heat beautifully and is able to maintain its flavor with a smoke point of over 425° F. Like our ultra-premium Original EVOO, the Everyday is made from 100% Koroneiki early harvest olives. The Everyday has a polyphenol content of over 350 mg/kg as measured at the time of harvest. Harvested December 2024.

    Perfect for everyday cooking

    Made some eggplant parmesan yesterday and drizzled this oil over the tops of the breaded eggplants. I baked the breaded eggplant slices ,then after 18 minutes pulled them from the oven and finished the recipes and bsked everything of another 20 minutes.

    My Daily Ingredient!

    I do love this olive oil. It fits any recipe and cooking option. I buy the 3 bottles at a time. I would love to reuse the bottle but the large tin is to difficult to handle.
