I was really surprised when I first tasted this that it doesn’t taste like vinegar. You can use it like vinegar. It’s got a nice strawberry taste. I am in a calorie deficit and I don’t like to use oils, but I like salads and I can use this without having to use any oils and it doesn’t taste like vinegar. It’s very very good just slightly sweet and very strawberry I’m hooked.
