Sweet, salty, creamy, and oh-so-delicious. This ice cream topped with dates and olive oil is the sweet treat of the summer! With just a few simple ingredients, it’s a dessert you’ll want to make on repeat all season long.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • 3 dates, halved and pitted
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp Kosterina Original Olive Oil
  • Flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

    To a pan over medium heat, add Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil. Add the dates, and cook until lightly charred, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle with flaky salt and remove from the heat.

    To a glass or serving dish, add the ice cream. Top with the dates, sprinkle with more flaky salt, and top with a drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil.
