To a pan over medium heat, add Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil. Add the dates, and cook until lightly charred, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle with flaky salt and remove from the heat.

To a glass or serving dish, add the ice cream. Top with the dates, sprinkle with more flaky salt, and top with a drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil.
