Preheat the oven to 400°F.

To a pan over medium-low heat, add the Kosterina Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, then drain and set aside.

To a large bowl, add the spinach, artichoke hearts, yogurt, cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, Kosterina Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Scoop the dip into an 8x8-inch baking dish, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with more Kosterina Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Serve with Enso Okinawan Sweet Potato Chips and vegetables.
