Time to bring this old standard back to life!  Avocado Toast gets an upgrade with our Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil. The subtle, zesty layer of flavor provides a new sensorial experience that will become your new norm.  


  • Kosterina Spicy EVOO
  • Sourdough Bread
  • Ripe Avocado
  • Egg for Poaching
  • Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste


  • Toast Bread in Toaster 
  • In a pot, boil water and add 1-2 Tbsp Vinegar to Poach Egg. Once water is boiling, stir the water to create a vortex and then drop egg into the center. Cook for 3-4 minutes before using a slotted spoon to remove the poached egg and place on a paper towel lined plate. 
  • Cut and Slice Avocado. Mash onto Bread. 
  • Place poached egg on top of toast. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder. 
  • Drizzle Kosterina Spicy EVOO over toast and enjoy!
