Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- Kosterina Spicy EVOO
- Sourdough Bread
- Ripe Avocado
- Egg for Poaching
- Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste
Directions
- Toast Bread in Toaster
- In a pot, boil water and add 1-2 Tbsp Vinegar to Poach Egg. Once water is boiling, stir the water to create a vortex and then drop egg into the center. Cook for 3-4 minutes before using a slotted spoon to remove the poached egg and place on a paper towel lined plate.
- Cut and Slice Avocado. Mash onto Bread.
- Place poached egg on top of toast. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder.
- Drizzle Kosterina Spicy EVOO over toast and enjoy!
