Ingredients

  • 14-18 cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon butter cubed
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar packed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Instructions

    Arrange cherries in a microwave safe coffee mug, leaving at least 1/2 inch of empty space at top of mug.

    Top with remaining ingredients, except the Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar & Vanilla Ice Cream.

    Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.

    Stir, top with Vanilla Ice Cream of your choice

    Drizzle with a generous amount of Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar and enjoy!
