This Cherry Cobbler is the perfect quick snack while cherry season is still alive and well! Perfectly tart with a warm crumble topping, this easy recipe is sure to steal your heart. The best part is, you probably already have most of these ingredients in your pantry! Topped with an optional scoop of ice cream, and a drizzle of Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar, who knew a microwave could deliver such decadence?

Ingredients

  • 14-18 cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon butter cubed
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar packed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Instructions

    Arrange cherries in a microwave safe coffee mug, leaving at least 1/2 inch of empty space at top of mug.

    Top with remaining ingredients, except the Kosterina Fig Balsamic Vinegar & Vanilla Ice Cream.

    Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.

    Stir, top with Vanilla Ice Cream of your choice
