  • 1 cup almond milk (such as Malk Unsweetened Almond Milk)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries 
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Manukora Honey 
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
