Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread
2 eggs
1 avocado, gently mashed
1 tbsp Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp The Spice House Greektown Spice

Instructions

Cook the sourdough bread in olive oil over medium heat until lightly golden brown. Remove from the heat, then cook the eggs however you like. Set aside.

Spread the mashed avocado over the two slices of sourdough bread. Drizzle with Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
