Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Kosterina Greek Herb Kalamata Olives
  • ⅓ Cup of Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon EVOO
  • 3 Tablespoons of Capers, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Anchovy Fillets 
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

    Add all ingredients into a food processor and puree. Scrape down the sides of the food processor and blend again to be sure all ingredients are well incorporated. Add additional EVOO if needed.

    Drizzle with Kosterina Greek Herb & Lemon EVOO and serve with Fresh Bread, Vegetables, and/or Crackers.
