Ingredients

  • 3- inch piece of seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 ounces gin
  • 1.5 ounce Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Thinly sliced cucumber to garnish

Instructions

    Add the cucumber and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

    Fill the shaker with ice and add gin and Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. Stir well, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber before serving.
